Commercial Rooftop/ Package Unit Replacement in Fraser Valley

We recently completed a commercial package unit (rooftop unit) replacement in Abbotsford, BC, upgrading an older aging HVAC system with a new high-efficiency package unit designed to improve reliability and performance.

We removed the old gas heating and air conditioning package unit and installed a new HVAC system, providing improved heating and cooling performance and better long-term energy efficiency for the building.

As part of the installation, we also completed a gas piping and regulator upgrade to bring the system up to current BC gas code requirements. The original gas piping was poorly installed and no longer met modern standards. Our team installed new properly supported gas piping and a correctly sized regulator to ensure safe and reliable gas delivery to the new rooftop unit.
